5 Most Common Injuries That You Should Never Ignore

Injuries are part of life, but some are more serious than others. Though many minor injuries may seem like little more than a nuisance, ignoring them can cost you in the long run! Take a look at these five common injuries and what you can do to avoid them.

Wrist Injuries

Wrist injuries are one of the most common types of injuries that you should never ignore. If you experience any type of pain, swelling, or redness in your wrist, it is important to get it checked out as soon as possible. There are a variety of different wrist injuries that can occur, and each requires a different type of treatment.

One of the most common wrist injuries is carpal tunnel syndrome. This condition occurs when the median nerve becomes trapped in the space between the upper arm bone and the inner layer of the hand muscle (the carpal tunnel).
